Regular shipping costs may be applied if non-eligible items are included within the same order. This promotion excludes TVs and some larger items. 

Please note that Memory-King reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors. If you require assistance or have any questions, please send us a message on our Contact Us page.

General Policies

Memory-King ships to P.O. Box or RR addresses by Canada Post only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders to "but not limited to" Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland will be assessed an additional shipping charge - contact us for a shipping quote or place your order and we will get back to you.

Memory-King will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with FedEx/Canada Post or the third party courier, and will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs. Memory-King will provide necessary assistance as required.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped by either FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or by a third party courier. However, Memory-King reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the carriers.

All orders are ground-shipped using Standard Shipping. Estimated times are 2-9 business days for Ontario, and 2-14 business days for other provinces.

You may request for expedited/express shipping at an additional cost to you by contacting us after placing your order. However, it is not guaranteed that the necessary change will be made to your order in time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. Please make sure your email address is correct. Please note that the tracking number is sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email. It may take 24-48 hours for the third party courier tracking status to be updated. 

*NEW* Local Pick Up

We are currently offering FREE Local Pick Up. You may select this option at checkout. You will receive further pick up instructions by e-mail. If your item is not in stock, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you on your original method of payment. Due to COVID-19, we are only offering curbside pick up by APPOINTMENT ONLY. There are NO drop-ins. Curbside pick up times are available Monday to Friday between 10:00am-12:00pm or 2:00pm-4:00pm, no exceptions. When picking up, please bring your government issued ID with your order confirmation. Only pick up when you receive the e-mail that your order is ready for pick up.
